Inflatable Structures graces London Event for Shell

The month of April saw more exciting and testing times for Evolution Dome as their inflatable marquee was used for a very high profile one day event in the grounds of Battersea Power Station for global giants, Shell. The fuel company were launching their new V-Power Nitro+ and what better place to launch something so powerful, than in a power station with Evolution Dome's Inflatable Structures being the perfect host for this event. And there was more power at the event of a more natural kind. Strong winds were present but Evolution Dome prevailed and showed once again why an inflatable marquee is the future of events.

This type of event required a stylish structure to mirror the product launch. Inflatable Structures are an extremely popular choice right now among some of the biggest companies in the world. Taking a look at the images of Evolution Dome's inflatable marquee range probably best explains in simple terms why companies like them; they look great! But in deeper investigation you will begin to notice some serious plus points all round to an inflatable marquee! They are extremely quick to install, they hold an incredible wind rating of 55mph, making them extremely safe, not to mention the branding opportunities they give you, they are also light and cost effective. Above all, they are trending! And they are trending on a large scale among the world of corporate events.

On this occasion, Evolution Dome's Inflatable Structures was used for hosting a series of presentations. Scientists and engineers from Shell gave a series of talks on their new product in different areas of the inflatable marquee. One of the marquees was host to a very special guest indeed. Jake Humphrey, television presenter from BBC Football and Formula 1, was in the Evolution Dome structure to present for a short film about Shell's new fuel and to pass on some interesting facts. The inflatable marquee also hosted another very special guest. A formula 1 racing car! The magnificent car was parked in a separate inflatable marquee for visitors to view while it was explained that the fuel in a formula 1 car is now 99% the same as the fuel you can get at a petrol station. Interesting developments were taking place at Evolution Dome! And as the strong gale force winds entered the event, the inflatable marquee stood the test of nature.  Over 300 people attended the event at Evolution Dome set in Battersea Power Station. Once the event was over the team from Evolution Dome entered the famous site at Battersea to de-rig another successful event.
